WARMING CHAI FOR WINTER WELLNESS

Warming Chai Recipe

fresh ginger roughly chopped
cinnamon sticks
cracked cardamom pods
dried chaga
dried reishi
dandelion root
coriander
black peppercorns
clove
astragalus
star anise

Simmer in a large pot of water covered for 3-5 hours.
Strain and store the base in the fridge. 
To prepare- simmer a cup of the chai base with a tbsp of tea (I use tulsi) or a teabag. Strain tea, add a splash of milk and honey or maple syrup
