Here’s a favorite recipe for a Winter Wellness Cocoa
2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon butter, ghee, or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 full dropper of Lake of Dreams
Warm the milk and cacao. When hot, add honey, Lake of Dreams, and fat.
Add to blender and blend until frothy. Enjoy!
